Bread of Life

How do I know if I am walking on a path of Christ?

I was reading The Holy Bible and the conviction hit. The good word of the Lord. It dawned on me I had not been to church in sometime, let alone ate the bread and drank the wine, how could i possibly carry god and hold life if I do not go to the one who gives eternal life, that is the bread of life.
